If you don't love it, bring it back. It's that simple.
WITH YOUR RECEIPT:
Within 30 days, receive an equal exchange or a full refund as per initial payment.
More than 30 days and within one year, receive an equal exchange or Gift Card to the value of price on your receipt.
WITHOUT YOUR RECEIPT:
Within one year, receive an equal exchange or Gift Card to the current value.
AFTER ONE YEAR:
No returns will be accepted.
Does Suzanne Grae have Layby?
Suzanne Grae does have Layby. Layby runs for four weeks. Upon Laybying items a 20% deposit will be required. Layby receipt must be presented when making payment or collecting goods. We will send you a remiinder letter two weeks prior to expiry of your Layby
