Please enclose your receipt and unworn merchandise with original tags & tickets attached within 14 days of receipt of the goods and mail to:

You can return merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' to any Australian Suzanne Grae store within 14 days of purchase.
Bring your receipt and the credit card you used to pay for the goods with your unworn merchandise with original tags & tickets attached.
Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame. Find your nearest store.
