1. Do I need to create an account to shop online?

No, you don’t need to create an account to shop with us. You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout.

However, by creating an online account at you’ll have access to the following features:

  • A fast, easy checkout (because your details will be stored in our system already)
  • Order status (check the status of any current orders)
  • Past order history (just in case you need to check what you’ve already purchased)
  • Wishlist creator (so you can save and view your favourite items)
  • Store alternate postal addresses (for shipping to other family members or friends)
  • Receive the Suzanne Grae newsletter (we’ll keep you in the know about exclusive offers and sales)
2. Why is an item a different price online and in-store?

We aim to have the same prices online, as in store. However from time to time there may be special offers that are not available in-store and vice versa. To make sure you don’t miss out on our online specials, create an account so we can let you know about special offers and sales. 

4. Does Suzanne Grae have lay-by?

Yes, we do offer lay-by in-store, but lay-by is not available online. Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. When you put an item on lay-by, a 20% deposit is required, plus an administrative non-refundable fee of $1.50 which is added to the purchase price. 

A fortnightly payment is required during the lay-by period. All lay-bys have a cancellation fee of $5.00 which will be deducted from monies paid on the original deposit. 

5. Can I send a gift to someone and add a gift message?

Yes you sure can, at the checkout you must indicate the order is a gift by checking the box provided. Enter the gift recipient’s address as the shipping details and the billing details as your own address, so the invoice will be sent to you. If you want you may also send them a message to go with your gift by entering it into the text field at checkout. Your gift message will be sent with the parcel.

6. Will Suzanne Grae ‘hold’ items for me?

Yes, we can hold items for a maximum of two days in-store, with the exception of items on sale, In-store only

Unfortunately we are unable to hold stock in our online store.

7. Do you offer lay-bys for product available online?

Sorry, Lay-bys are not available online; you will need to visit your local Suzanne Grae store to Lay-by product.

8. What do I do if the item I am looking for is no longer available online?

Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up quickly! However, if the item you are after has sold out online and you are in Australia, please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still in-stock.

9. I’ve seen something I want in your store, but I can’t find it online?

We aim to have our full range available online. However, from time to time items may sell out or the item you’re interested in may not be available online. 

10. Can I purchase gift cards online?

We do sell gift cards online, but unfortunately, at the moment you can’t redeem gift cards in our online store. If you buy a gift card online, you’ll only be able to redeem it in one of our stores (Australia only).

11. Can I redeem my gift card online?

We do sell gift cards online, but unfortunately, you can’t redeem gift cards on our online store. If you buy a gift card online, you’ll only be able to redeem it in one of our stores across Australia.

Please note our gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for a 3 year period depending on the date of issue.

12. What are gift card terms and conditions?

Suzanne Grae gift cards are valid for a period of three years from the date of issue and can be used in all our stores across Australia and not online as payment.

Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash, another gift card will be issued if the total amount is not redeemed.

Please note, Suzanne Grae gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
