ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Bundha – Unity

Our rivers weave gently from the mountain slopes to the sandy shores, reflecting the sacred knowledge held within the fabric of our environment.

We are taught to care for Country, taking only what is needed, and in return – Country will care for us.

Wildflowers and the lagoon symbolise our deep relationship with Country and reflect Suzanne Grae’s presence across Australia.

Mountain ranges, rainforests, and fern gullies, depicted by white, gold and black bands, stretch across the continent signifying Suzanne Grae’s vast customer reach.

Campsites and homes, denoted by repeating arcs, represent the diverse communities of Suzanne Grae. Three gathering circles link to one another. They reflect the shared journey tracks of Suzanne Grae and symbolise the brand’s acknowledgement to Country by paying respects to First Nations communities from the past, present and future.

From the bird’s eye view, the ‘U’ symbol depicts the shape a person makes when sitting, knees crossed. People meet along the linked pathways signifying Suzanne Grae’s commitment to honoring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities, recognising their enduring connection to culture, songlines, and ways of life as passed down by their ancestors, valuing their ongoing guardianship of the land we call Australia.

We understand the importance of and are committed to reconciliation. Our Acknowledgement Of Country plaques are one way we are delivering on the actions of our

 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
