We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia,
and the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Peoples of the Kulin nation and Wallumattagal Peoples of the Dharug nation on which our corporate head offices are situated.
We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
The Sussan Group is deeply committed to creating an inclusive, safe and equitable team and consumer experience and business.
Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are at the heart of our business and at the top of our priorities for our leaders and all team members across Sportsgirl, Sussan and Suzanne Grae.
As part of our commitment to inclusion our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan was formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in February 2023.
Our focus is on taking action with deep intention and respect to close the gap and develop positive real-life steps towards a more reconciled, equitable and just Australia – today and beyond. The Reflect RAP actions outline the first actions we will take as a Group in this ongoing journey.
Our aim is to go slow, intentionally and with everyone involved, learning and growing together as a Group and community so that we embed this work into our culture, team and consumer experience, and business.
Our eyes, hearts, spirits and minds are open to this new journey and we thank all our First Nations partners who have led, guided and contributed towards the development of our Group Reflect RAP.
